However, there are some things you can do to draw attention.

Granted… some of these may require poking your head out of the proverbial shell at times. If you’re an introvert, it may seem uncomfortable at first.

But not to worry. I’m not going to tell you to do anything drastic or totally against your principles.

But the fact is that to get work, you’ve got to be noticed.

    Thanks, Steve. Your words are the proverbial “kick in the butt” that this long-time “wallflower” needs, to get dancing. Or moving. Reminds me of the old saying, “Can’t dance and its too wet to plow, so might as well . . .” The point of course, is there are no more excuses . . . Well, for me that means time to prospect, to get out of my shell and make myself heard/seen, and show the world what’s behind my “shingle”.
    Thank you for your “common sense” advice.
