One of my favorite parts of a case study project is the customer interview. This is where I get to play reporter and uncover interesting facts and ideas.
Yet, as interesting as they can be, interviews can also take wrong turns and hit dead ends. So, as the interviewer, it’s important that you come prepared, and that you keep the conversation focused and on track.
