Many B2B copywriters choose niche markets that are regulated. “Run it by Legal” becomes a common requirement, and we’ll talk about what this means to you.

You may even choose a professional services niche with law firms as your clients.

Not all companies maintain in-house legal departments, but nearly all work with attorneys on occasion. Companies must work within the laws of the geographic areas where they operate.

For companies of any size — in any industry — understanding and operating within commercial laws are central to success.
