Reality Blog: Make Every Minute Count

Here I am, just staring at my computer screen…

I know I need to get another project I’m working on done. It’s due in just a couple of days.

I’m kind of miserable because I’ve procrastinated, and I’m still feeling unmotivated…

Why, oh why, didn’t I finish this one last week? Or, at least get it started last week?

My lame answer is that I “didn’t have enough time.”

And that was kind of true — it was a busy week.

But, there were at least a dozen times where I had a few minutes between appointments, family events, and other obligations.

Maybe I could have started then?

Why is it so difficult to write in short time increments like that?

Writing during short time increments is a skill that I believe would really improve my productivity — and give me back more of my time in the long run — so here’s what I’m doing about it…
