There’s a little bagel shop near my new house…

And so far, they’ve gotten my order wrong every single time.

I’m not exaggerating — and I don’t mean “sometimes,” or “most of the time.” I literally mean there’s a mistake with my order 100% of the time.

Sometimes it’s missing items. Other times, it’s a different item from what I actually ordered. And sometimes, it’s both…

But, despite this inconvenience, I will continue to go there, and enthusiastically recommend it to others.

  • I enjoyed this article as I think it speaks volume to how we navigate in the “real world” on a day to day basis. As copywriters, we need to keep the mindset that we don’t have to be perfect, but just try to do our best when working on projects for our clients. Great advice here!
