In my last post, I wrote about a phone call with a copywriting client that didn’t go as well as I had hoped.
But, there’s good news!
Because even though I still occasionally have uncomfortable phone calls… most of my client calls go well. And I believe part of the reason is that I’ve developed a way to portray confidence over the phone.
It’s a skill that helps me handle unexpected questions and surprises that may pop up during the conversation.
I like to call it my “doctor persona.” Let me explain…
