  • Great advice Ed. There’s another strategy I use you might call “multi-stacking” of tasks.

    For example, I cycle every morning while listening to my MP3 player. This lets me review client/prospect interviews and listen to audio books for research. (So, Exercise + Writing Research). Also, I interview prospects to generate leads, then write thought leadership articles about them to promote my services. (So, prospecting + marketing). I actually triple-stack that one by turning the interviews into podcasts which are posted on my magazine for B2B Marketing Managers. And I’m trying to quadruple stack that one by collecting listener feedback to stimulate the need for more podcasts.
