In last week’s article, I shared the benefits of losing a client. Things like having more time to attend to my website or maybe finally update my old LinkedIn profile. I even mentioned that I might be able to complete my deck’s refinishing due to the unexpected free time in my schedule now.

Well, that all went out the window rather quickly.

After a fantastic discovery call Saturday afternoon, my client list doubled in size! I have an outline or checklist I use for these calls. It keeps me organized, which ensures I have successful discovery calls like this one.
