Well, I was going to write a completely different article today. Then I checked my email a few moments ago, and that all changed.
The problem is with one of my MIA clients from a few weeks ago. I thought we were good again. Then he went off the rails via email this morning. This behavior is why client boundaries are essential.
Even good clients can push things, so good terms and boundary expectations just make sense to ensure you keep your client relationship professional, cordial, and productive.
